NOTICE OF TRADE – SOUTHBOUND RATE RESTORATION FOR OCTOBER
Dear Valued Customers,
In order to maintain a high level of service, fast transit times and reliable scheduling the MAJOR SHIPPING LINES have decided to introduce a “Rate Restoration” (RR) on their southbound Asia to New Zealand service as below.
The proposed increase is USD 200/20’ and USD 400/40’ on its southbound service from Asia to New Zealand. It will be applied for all shipments sailing on or after 15th October, 2017 on the basis of B/L (Bill of Lading) dates. This increase applies to both dry and refrigerated cargo and will be applied on top of current freight rates.
TLC Global is continuing to negotiate with all the shipping lines to mitigate any increase in shipping costs. Your continued support helps with these negotiations and we will keep you updated as the negotiations develop.
